Graham West – Harpist
Graham started his career with the Royal Marines Band Service, where he performed at many prestigious venues both in the UK and around the world whilst serving aboard the Royal Yacht Britannia.
In 1994, he secured Head of Music teaching positions whilst continuing to perform at weddings, dinners, and corporate events.
Leaving the teaching profession some 15 years ago he still tutors instrumental music to private pupils as well as maintaining a full diary of performing both as a soloist and other local ensembles.
Kylie West – Flautist
Kylie is a professional flautist, clarinettist, saxophonist and bagpiper and has been a qualified woodwind teacher for over 25 years with extensive playing experience. She has tutored in schools as well as providing private tuition and has performed at many prestigious events.
She has tutored in schools as well as providing private tuition for pupils of all ages and abilities. Her exemplary record in instrumental examination results has furnished her pupils with successful results with the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music.
In addition to her busy schedule of ensemble playing, she has also worked with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and local musical organisations performing both in the UK and Europe and solo performances alongside her instrumental and music theory teaching practice in London, Kent, and across the South-East. She holds Teaching and Performance Diplomas with the Royal Schools of Music, London.
